100 Moments is one of the most exciting arts movements to launch in Greater Manchester.
Cartwheel Arts is the organisation responsible for curating the 100 Moments website, helping organisations around the North West of England to showcase their work.
Kerry Bertram, Cartwheels Arts’ Project Coordinator tells us about the project and why she, and the organisation she works for, are so excited to be a part of it:
We all know that the arts are valuable in helping people to live happy lives. This project is placing that agenda firmly on the map and helping commissioners see the tangible benefits that come with open access to the arts for our communities. 100 Moments is the seed of an arts movement that can demonstrate its worth, so that the arts continues to be funded and supported by our communities, local government, New Economy and national government.
